To use NextShifts, you must:

  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

NextShifts is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NextShifts from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
