NextShifts provides employee scheduling, shift management, and team coordination tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
3. Account Registration
To use NextShifts, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Be at least 18 years old
- Maintain the security of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Transmit malicious code or interfere with the service

5. Payment and Billing
For paid plans:
- Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

- Billing confirmations and payment receipts
- Schedule notifications and shift reminders
- Time-off request updates
These communications are required for service operation and cannot be opted out of while maintaining an active account.

Important updates about the NextShifts platform, including:

- Service changes and maintenance notices
- Policy and terms updates
- Security advisories
Feedback and Research
We may contact you to:

Your participation in feedback requests is voluntary but helps us improve NextShifts for all users.

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or through your account settings. Opting out of marketing does not affect transactional or essential service communications.

11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
